Bust
Your ultimate goal in blackjack is always going to be to get the closest to 21 as possible. However, sometimes you end up going over. When this happens, it has called a bust. For the player that goes over 21 it means one of two things. You will either push the hand, which is a term you will learn soon, or you will lose.
Double Down
Doubling down is usually not a move that you are going to make until you are comfortable with the game. The perfect time to double down is when you have a set of good cards. For example, you might double down on a nine or higher. When you say you want to double down it, means that you want to double your bet. This is an excellent way to get you a little extra money for play. The only real disadvantage to the double down is that you are only allowed one more card to draw.
Hit Me
Chances are, you have heard this term just walking by a blackjack table. Hit me as one of the most used phrases when sitting and playing blackjack. In case you did not know, hit me, also known as just hit, is used when the player is asking for another card from the dealer.
Hole Card
While you may have known "Hit" right off, the bat you may be a little stumped on what the Hole card is. That is nothing to worry about because many new players do not know what the term means
